The College

St Catherine's College is the University of Oxford’s newest mixed college and also one of the largest. It developed out of the St Catherine's Society, and was founded in 1962.

This section of the website gives you an introduction to the College: its current staff, its history, and its buildings. You will also find details of the College's layout and location as well as information on procedures and policies.

The College is proud to count as members of its community Nobel Laureates, Fellows of the Royal Society and Fellows of the British Academy.

St Catherine's also hosts The Collaborating Centre for Values-based Practice in Health and Social Care.
