POSTPONED: “How to get ahead at work (without burning out) in 2025 and beyond” by Isabel Berwick (1985, English)

Please note that this event has been postponed. A new date will be shared in the near future.

How can we navigate the modern workplace successfully, build our career path, and become better managers and leaders for our teams?

It’s a tall order, but there are lots of small changes we can make that help us develop, and thrive, while also taking care not to let work overwhelm us. In this online talk, FT journalist, author and Catz graduate Isabel Berwick will outline the ideas and trends that can help make work better, for everyone, whether you’re looking to stick, switch or have a total reset in your career. This will be an interactive session – there’ll be plenty of time for Q and A.

Isabel Berwick leads the FT’s Working It brand across audio, a weekly newsletter and video, covering the workplace, management and the future of work. Her book, ‘The Future-Proof Career’ was published in 2024.
