Catz to welcome the Oxford Vaccine Group

The Oxford Vaccine Group – one of the teams key to the development of the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine will be coming to Catz this summer.

The Group will be hosting their Infection and Immunity in Children Conference at the College.

The conference covers many of the key topics in paediatric infectious disease research for trainees, trainers and all those who manage the care of children with infections. Hosting this conference College fully meets one of our key briefs of offering ourselves as a venue for events of academic and social value.

In addition to the return of long-standing clients like the Oxford Vaccine Group, the College’s conference team are delighted to have seen a real increase in activity since the easing of Covid-19 restrictions.

They are preparing for a busy summer, welcoming back regular other clients such as The Oxford Food and Cookery Symposium – which aims to celebrate, explore and share food research by scholars, enthusiastic amateurs, writers and chefs from around the world.

The College is also delighted to be welcoming increasing numbers of events linked to its alumni – from professional meetings to private reunions and dinners.

Specific offers are available for all Catz alumni interested in bringing events to the College, so please do contact the team if you have an event to plan!
