Catz Professor co-authors guide to AI with Alan Turing Institute
Professor Eleanor Stride, Professor of Biomaterials, University of Oxford and Fellow by Special Election in Engineering, has co-authored a guide for decision-makers looking to procure AI tools in government or business. Consisting of eight questions, the guide leads potential users of AI through the potential safety risks of using the technology.
The Alan Turing Institute, headquartered in the British Library, London, was created as the national institute for data science in 2015 and has included AI in its remit since 2017.
The guide can be read here on the Alan Turing Institute website.
