This page shows updates by course on the progress of St Catherine’s undergraduate admissions process.

Course rows will be updated as key stages are completed: when shortlisting emails have been sent and when interview invitations have been queued to be sent. Please note that it can take several hours for an invitation to clear the queue.

We would be grateful if you were to refrain from contacting Catz Admissions about shortlisting or calendar invitations unless your course’s row has dates displayed and you have also not received a message from us. This is because each course’s applicants will be notified directly by email once shortlisting decisions or interview times have been set for that course.

All colleges follow the same admissions framework, but the timing of decisions may vary between courses and colleges. Therefore, please be reassured that if your classmates or teachers have heard back from other colleges before you have received an email from St Catherine’s, it is not a cause for concern.

If this page indicates that your course’s decisions have been released and you have not received an email, please then email  admissions@stcatz.ox.ac.uk, providing your UCAS ID and the course you applied for.
