About me

I was the College Doctor for St Catherine’s and four other colleges from 1976 until I retired in 2014.  I am a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Primary Care Medicine teaching in Corpus Christi College and Lincoln College.  I also teach 5th year clinical students from the Clinical Medical School.

I was an undergraduate at Pembroke College and a clinical student in the Oxford Hospitals.  After qualification I did research in Obstetrics and then moved into General Practice.

I have been a Tutor since 1976 and was instrumental in setting up the University Counselling Service and the Welfare systems in colleges.
