Hong Kong Drinks 2025

On Friday, 7th November 2025, St Catherine’s College hosted a drinks reception in Hong Kong, offering our wonderful alumni the opportunity to expand their professional networks and reconnect with peers.

This reunion marked the first in-person visit by our new Master, Jude Kelly CBE, to Asia. Together with Anna Fowler, Director of Development and Fellow by Special Election, our attendees enjoyed a palpable sense of reconnection and momentum – none of which would have been possible without the outstanding generosity and hospitality of our gracious host, Kenny Lam (1996, Law).

In turn, our alumni community in Asia rewarded us with an exceptionally warm welcome, a lively atmosphere, and an evening to remember.

The event brought familiar faces and new friends under one roof at Duddell’s, a recently renovated and Michelin-starred restaurant in central Hong Kong. Attendees availed of a unique opportunity to sample renowned Cantonese cuisine, to trade insights about their lives during and after Catz, and to participate in an interactive Q&A with the Master about the future of the College.

We are very grateful to Kenny Lam and his team for organising and hosting a memorable evening in Hong Kong. We would also like to thank our wonderful alumni attendees for extending such a warm reception to our Master and our Director of Development.
