Catz Fellow publishes exclusive Law Lecture Series

St Catherine’s College is delighted to announce the publication of an exclusive lecture series. Professor Andrew Dickinson, Catz Fellow and Tutor in Law, delivered a Special Course at the 2024 Private International Law Session, which took place at the Peace Palace in Hague.

Professor Dickinson’s lectures have now been published as part of the Collected Courses of the Hague Academy. The volume, titled ‘Natural Justice in Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Judgments’, is available for reference here.

During the final week of the 2024 Private International Law Session, Professor Dickinson gave an exclusive lecture series on the questions of Natural Justice and foreign judgments. The itinerary also included Special Courses by Professor Eva Lein (University of Lausanne), and Professor Charalambos Pamboukis (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens).
