Isabel Berwick (1985, English) leads the Financial Times’ Working It brand, covering workplace, leadership, and beyond. She writes the weekly Working It newsletter, presents FT videos (including one filmed at Catz), and hosted 153 episodes of the affiliated podcast. She has chaired and moderated hundreds of panels and interviews, both inside and outside of the FT, and is a keynote speaker. Her bestselling book, The Future-Proof Career, will be published in paperback later this year. In her free time, Isabel enjoys cold-water swimming, reading books, and reviewing her reads for the FT.
