St Catherine’s College Seeks New Master

Following the announcement of Master Professor Kersti Börjars’ retirement, the College is now actively seeking to elect a new Master, with the expectation that the successful candidate will take up post during the next academic year.

The next Master will be the eighth since the College’s foundation in 1962. The Mastership of St Catherine’s College has always attracted a range of highly engaged figures from British society, including Sir Patrick Nairne, who was a member of the Privy Council of the United Kingdom during the Falklands War, and Raymond Plant, Baron Plant of Highfield, who, as a life peer, has served on the Joint Committee on Human Rights.
