Justine Pila

Justine Pila is an Official Fellow and the Senior Law Tutor of St Catherine's, and the University Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law within the University of Oxford's Faculty of Law. She has undergraduate degrees in Arts and Law and a PhD from the University of Melbourne, as well as a postgraduate teaching qualification from the University of Oxford. She has been admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor in the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria, and has worked as a solicitor in Intellectual Property Law, and as Associate to the Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia. Her research interests lie in Intellectual Property Law, including particularly Copyright and Patents.
