Catz students celebrated at Sustainability Showcase

On 14 June, Oxford University held its fifth annual Sustainability Showcase at the Museum of Natural History, with staff and students from across the University gathering to recognise their contributions towards making the University more environmentally friendly. We’re pleased to say that St Catherine’s College picked up multiple awards at the event.

Anniversary Weekend: Reinventing the Wheel

The culmination of our 150th celebrations will be an Anniversary weekend, taking place in College.

From Saturday 14th-Sunday 15th September, we look forward to hosting a special series of lectures, followed by a Drinks Reception and Dinner in Hall. Learn about St Catherine's history and our roots in the Delegacy during this exciting weekend.

Outreach Officer

St Catherine’s College, one of the newest and largest colleges within the University of Oxford, is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated Outreach Officer to join its Academic Office.

The post-holder will be responsible for delivering the College’s outreach programme in collaboration with the Deputy Academic Registrar (Admissions & Access). This is a new role created to help the College expand its outreach activities, and is an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the College’s outreach strategy.

With a keen eye for detail, the ideal candidate will have excellent organisational, administrative, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will also be enthusiastic and friendly, and be able to provide a student-focused service to schools and potential applicants. The role will involve some travel within the UK.

The salary is set within the range £22,214 - £24,285 per annum, comprising 35 hours per week. In return, we offer a range of benefits including car parking, meals without charge whilst on duty, pension scheme, season ticket loans and free use of the College gym.
