St Catherine’s College along with other similar UK institutions, has legal obligations in respect of the information it holds.

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides a right of access to information held by public bodies such as St Catherine’s College.  With certain exceptions under the Act, the College is required to publish information about itself and its activities, or otherwise to make the information available.

Any person or body who makes a request in writing to the College for access to recorded information must be informed whether the College holds that information and be supplied with it, subject to the application of various exemptions specified within the Act.

If the information you seek has not be made available through the College website, you may request that the College provide it by writing to the Home Bursar at bursar@stcatz.ox.ac.uk The College will ordinarily respond within 20 days of receipt of your request.  A fee may be applicable.
