is currently serving as Head of Social Sciences Division in the
University. He is a consultant to the London law firm, Olswang.
Having taught in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, the United
States and Australia, Michael has a comparative perspective on
the law of intellectual property. His work includes articles and
books on both intellectual property law and the law of
obligations, with a critical focus on suggested ethical and
