Dr Sumi Biswas speaks at Malaria Conference

Dr Sumi Biswas, Junior Research Fellow in Medical Sciences, will be speaking at the 'Combatting Malaria through Collaboration' conference as part of World Malaria Day on Monday 25th April. One of six speakers, Dr Biswas will be speaking on 'A Malaria Vaccine - Progress on the Development of a Life-Saving Vaccine.'

This event will showcase the breadth of malaria research that takes place across the University of Oxford and in our overseas units. A group of esteemed malaria researchers will demonstrate the complexity of the malaria challenge, the latest multi-disciplinary research efforts and the coordinated efforts to support the global drive to eradicate malaria.

Supported by the Nuffield Department of Medicine, the Conference will take place at the Mathematical Institute, Andrew Wiles Building, Woodstock Road, OX2 6GG from 17.30-19.00, followed by a wine reception.
